My Energy Healing Philosophy
I’m not like most Reiki practitioners. I reject many modern ideas that have become pseudo-requirements for becoming a practitioner.
IS NOT: Empowerment or “Life Coaching”
I allow the weak and burdened to exist safely without any pressure to become strong. I do not use phrases like “that’s not weakness”, because that indicates that weakness is not allowed to exist and that the experience must be rewritten to be “correct” before it can be spoken of. The goal is to feel safe and experience God’s love, not harden into “strength”. Most “life coaching” is, I have found, the coach attempting to reform clients to be in line with what their ego thinks is best – usually, to be like them.
IS NOT: Mediumship
Mediumship is not a general term for energy healing. It is attempting to speak to the dead. I do not speak to the dead. I do not believe I ought to, and I do not believe that communications claiming to be from the dead are legitimate. There is an uncrossable chasm between this world and the next. I believe God has created it to conceal what must be concealed until the eternal age.
IS NOT: Occultism
I am 100% against the occult implements that many modern Reiki practitioners use: angel cards (angels do not speak through objects, and I do not believe they guide our personal lives in a direct way; they are God’s army, and they help human beings and sometimes come to earth, but I do not believe we have angels assigned to us), Tarot cards, crystals, spirit guides, Ouija boards, dream catchers, past life analysis, crystal balls, etc.
IS: Safety and Emotional Honesty
I allow you to exist with the needs you have, without having a template for who you are supposed to be. This is different from the empowerment template of modern energy healing. I value moral depth, interiority, goodness, and care, regardless of how strong or productive a person is.
IS: Pure, Godly Healing
I offer pure, unmediated, godly energy healing that stands apart from the dogmas of the contemporary wellness world. If you are looking for an independently-thinking practitioner who does not conflate spirituality with pop philosophy, who does not engage in any occult practices, and who does not feel like a carbon copy of a training program, then I am the right healer for you.
IS: Open to All
Though I am a Christian, I welcome clients of all religious backgrounds, and Reiki itself is religiously neutral. God loves all people and provides healing based on whether a person needs it, not based on whether they are a Christian.
